Project description
Fortimo Group AG partnered with Eaglewing to create a Dubai portfolio of Priva Living branded residences and Revier Hotels, combining Swiss investment with regional development expertise.
Eaglewing has been mandated from initial concept and business planning through land acquisition, financing, design, procurement and authority liaison across the entire 1.5 million sq ft pipeline.
Post‑completion, Eaglewing will manage the assets’ hotel and residential operations, as well as leasing, sales, marketing and eventual asset disposal.
