Partner Overview
Jabal Omar Development Company (JODC) is the master developer of the large‑scale Jabal Omar mixed‑use and hospitality precinct adjacent to the Holy Mosque in Makkah.
The company’s plan covers approximately 230,000 square metres and will ultimately include about 38 hotel towers, 21,000 hotel rooms and capacity for 160,000 pilgrims and 200,000 worshippers.
Relationship with Eaglewing
Eaglewing, through Warifat Hospitality Limited, is jointly responsible for asset management and hotel development for JODC’s hospitality portfolio in Makkah.
Eaglewing also holds operator mandates for the Royal Alana and Alana towers in Phase 4, under the Archipelago brand platform.
