Project description
Riyad Capital engaged Eaglewing to provide comprehensive asset management support for Burj Rafal, a flagship five‑star hotel property in Riyadh.
Under the scope, Eaglewing managed and operated the hotel for six months, during which it successfully secured the first JW Marriott hotel branding in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the asset.
The work included operator search and selection, capital improvements, operator monitoring and alignment of the asset with international luxury brand standards.
