Project description
Switzerland‑based Fortimo Group AG appointed Eaglewing to independently manage the development of Priva Living, a branded furnished apartment project in Dubai.
Eaglewing has been involved “from scratch,” overseeing concept development, business planning, land acquisition, funding, design coordination, procurement and authority liaison through pre‑ and post‑construction phases.
Upon completion, Eaglewing will be responsible for managing the asset’s operational performance, integrating its hotel and residential expertise into a long‑term management platform.
